From some of the first carefully crafted batches of our distillery, this rare rakija has matured for twelve years in Kičevo blagunj oak, developing remarkable depth, silk-like smoothness, and layered complexity. Double-distilled in copper stills from our 1922 family recipe, it reveals notes of baked apple, dried fruits, honey, roasted almonds, vanilla, and subtle spices, ending in a long, elegant aftertaste.
Best enjoyed after being left a few minutes to open in the glass, revealing its full nobility and aromas which, like the spirit of heritage, craftsmanship, and rarity, tell the story of twelve years of careful aging—a time perfected—expressed in the refinement of the finest grape brandies.
