About Traikovsky Rakija
Made upon recipe since 1922, with double distillation using traditional copper pots, the way our ancestors were doing it. Aged more than three years in Kichevo oak “Blagunj”.
Traikovsky Rakija is to be enjoyed both as an aperitive, the traditional Macedonian way, or as a digestive, as any grape brandy. To be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, with or without food, upon your mood and preferences.
Rich in oak, honey and cinnamon aromas, with refreshing notes of vanilla and coffee, extraordinarily smooth and balanced sweetish oak, honey and almonds palate, with slight hints of peach and plums, lingering long into the senses afterwards.
